Center of Legal Services for Women (Centro de Servicios Legales para la Mujer)
CENSEL works to help women and their families to know Dominican laws especially in the poorest groups of society. Also works promoting changes in the process of elaborating and implementing them in regards to women, and promoting a judicial reform, which guarantees gender equity.

NWC identifies women's needs through regular meetings, seminars. The other function is advocating for equal opportunities for women and building a network between the women and development institutions like NGOs and government departments. Also the organizaton seeks to mobilise women in skills development in the areas of leadership, planning and income generation, project management aimed at improving their social and economic status.
