The event will focus on discussing disarmament and peace as critical to the post-2015 development agenda. The participants come from the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom's global network and will discuss an integrated approach to peace that invests in equality and sustainable development as opposed to inequality, militarism and war.

Participants include:

Rehana Hashmi, Peace Activist and Human Rights Defender from WILPF Pakistan.
Joy Onyesoh, Women's Rights Activist from WILPF Nigeria.
Debir D'hejal Valdelamar Martelo, Youth and Women's Rights Activist from WILPF Colombia.
Madeleine Rees, Secretary-General of WILPF.
Ray Acheson, Disarmament Expert and Director of WILPF's Disarmament Programme.

WILPF will be tweeting live from the event under the hashtags: #DisarmSDGs #WILPF100 and #WSW2015.
