General WPS/displacement/humanitarian response/human rights: “The fundamental undertaking by all nations set out in the Charter of this body, to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small , contradicts the reality of refugees from Africa, from Latin America, from war-torn countries, who are forced to flee their homelands to the borders of the rich - some, literally, in cages.”
