Peace Unveiled

Afifa Azim, founder of the Afghan Women's Network; Nilofar Sakhi, former OSF Afghanistan director; and Orzala Ashraf, a women's rights activist will discuss the film and the current role of women in the peace process in Afghanistan . UN Women Assistant Secretary-General and Deputy Executive Director for Intergovernmental Support and Strategic Partnerships Lakshmi Puri will deliver opening remarks to the film. In addition to the Afghan women, Miki Jacevic, chief training officer for Inclusive Security, and Gini Reticker, director of the film, will join the discussion.

Hosted by the Institute for Inclusive Security, the NGO Working Group, UN Women, and Women's International League for Peace and Freedom.
