“...we applaud the efforts of the Secretary-General for his mobilizing campaigns: ‘education for all,' ‘all women, all children,' or ‘strengthen nutrition,' which lead us to assume our responsibilities to the most vulnerable. The education, the advancement of women, protection of children, public health and conservation of natural resources are priorities of the policy of international cooperation that I have defined. They revolve around the eight MDGs and, in particular, maternal and child health, the fight against pandemics well as neglected diseases, promotion of food security, and more particularly oriented in favor of the Least Developed Countries.”
