Expresses its concern at the lack of progress in pursuing a national reconciliation strategy, and re-emphasizes the urgent need for the adoption of concrete measures to promote justice and reconciliation at all levels and on all sides, including through the active involvement of women, civil society groups and the Dialogue, Truth and Reconciliation Commission, with the aim of addressing the underlying causes of the Côte d'Ivoire crisis;
