Encourages the Government of the DRC to continue to build on its cooperation with the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflicts and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on SEXUAL Violence in Conflict and to vigorously implement, with the support of MONUSCO as appropriate, the action plan to prevent and end the recruitment and use of children and SEXUAL violence by the FARDC, and encourages President Kabila to swiftly appoint the proposed Presidential Adviser on SEXUAL Violence and the Recruitment of Children;
