Women and Peace and Security: Side events and activities linked to the 2012 Open Debate of the Security Council

The Guatemalan Presidency of the Security Council will convene on 29 October 2012 an Open Debate on women and peace and security with a focus on “the Role of Women's Civil Society Organizations in Contributing to the Prevention and Resolution of Armed Conflict and Peacebuilding.”
