IPI will be streaming a Women, Peace & Security Series event on Friday, September 20th at 1:15pm EST featuring Mary Robinson, Special Envoy for the Great Lakes Region of Africa. She will discuss the next steps in the implementation of the February 24th Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework, as well as ways in which the involvement of women and the implementation of UN Resolution 1325 can contribute to the peace process in the Great Lakes region.
