Human Rights Watch, Women's Centre For Legal Aid & Counselling, And Equality Now, Joint Submission To The CEDAW Committee On The State Of Palestine, 70th Session

WCLAC submitted this CEDAW shadow report on Palestine on Friday 8^th of June, prepared in collaboration with Human Rights Watch and Equality Now. This report focuses on violence against women and Personal Status Law, and also responds to the list of issues raised by the Committee at the Pre-sessional Meeting last November as well as the response of the State of Palestine to the list of issues, to highlight the gaps in the official report of the State of Palestine which will be presented to the Committee between 9-11 July 2018.
