Organization of the seventy-first regular session of the General Assembly, adoption of the agenda and allocation of items: Memorandum by the Secretary-General

The Secretary-General wishes to draw the attention of the General Committee to the resolutions of the General Assembly on the revitalization of its work, the annex to resolution 51/241, entitled “Strengthening of the United Nations system”, and resolution 57/301, entitled “Amendment to rule 1 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly and opening date and duration of the general debate”, the provisions of which are reflected in the present document under the relevant sections.
