This policy is designed to strengthen institutions and gender equity policies for promotion, respect, protection and guarantee of the rights of all women, with special attention to the most vulnerable, including the victims of the conflict and rural women. An important goal is to strengthen from a gender perspective, planning processes, monitoring, evaluation and formulation of gender -ensitive budgets.
